Your fare is Base fare + (Distance in km × Per-km rate) for your chosen truck category. The full estimate is shown before you submit a request — no surprises.
We're onboarding drivers corridor by corridor, so payment isn't yet automated in-app. After you submit a request, our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the truck and send an M-Pesa payment request directly.

Drivers are paid to their M-Pesa number once a trip is confirmed complete. PickApp retains an 11% commission from the fare.
