1. Who we are

PickApp Kenya Ltd ("PickApp", "we", "us") operates mypickapp.co.ke, an on-demand freight marketplace connecting shippers with truck owners and drivers in Kenya. PickApp is currently in an early onboarding phase: requests submitted through this site are confirmed manually by our team rather than dispatched automatically.

2. What submitting a form means

When you submit a booking request, driver application, or corporate demo request through this site, you are asking PickApp to contact you to discuss and confirm the details. Submitting a request does not create a binding contract for transport services, and no payment is collected through this website at this stage — any M-Pesa payment is arranged directly between you and our team once a booking is confirmed.

3. Pricing

Fare estimates shown on this site (base fare plus a per-kilometre rate for your chosen vehicle category) are estimates based on the distance you enter. Final pricing is confirmed with you directly before any payment is requested. PickApp retains a commission of 11% of the confirmed fare, which is disclosed transparently in the fare breakdown.

4. Driver eligibility

Drivers who apply through this site must meet Kenya's National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) licensing and vehicle compliance requirements, including those introduced under the NTSA 2026 Commercial Vehicles Regulations. Full requirements are set out on our Driver Requirements page. PickApp reserves the right to decline or delay activation of any driver account pending verification of these requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive information through any form on this site, and not to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the operation of this website or its backend systems.

6. Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis during our early onboarding phase. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and forms working correctly, PickApp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, to the extent permitted by Kenyan law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as PickApp's platform and services develop. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
