Help us build Kenya's freight network
PickApp is a small team building something Kenya's freight sector genuinely needs. Everyone here has real ownership over their part of the platform — if that sounds like how you want to work, we'd like to hear from you.

Operations & Dispatch Lead
NairobiYou'll be the person who turns a booking request into a confirmed truck — coordinating with drivers, confirming fares, and keeping each corridor running smoothly as we grow.
What you'll do
- Confirm booking requests with shippers and match them to available drivers by phone and WhatsApp
- Coordinate M-Pesa payment confirmation between shippers and drivers for each trip
- Track trip status end-to-end and follow up on delays or issues before they become complaints
- Maintain accurate records of trips, drivers, and vehicle availability per corridor
- Flag recurring problems (routes, vehicle types, driver availability) back to the founding team
Driver Relations Associate
NairobiYou'll be the main point of contact for drivers joining PickApp — guiding them through document verification and NTSA compliance, and keeping them engaged once they're active.
What you'll do
- Guide new drivers through the sign-up wizard and document checklist
- Verify licences, vehicle documents, and NTSA compliance status before activation
- Follow up on rejected or missing documents until a driver's application is complete
- Answer driver questions about earnings, subscriptions, and the backhaul matching system
- Build relationships with drivers that keep them active and responsive on the platform
